Credit card transaction failures / declined transactions - advice on registration
ICIC v.z.w. are currently aware of problems with VISA and MasterCard transactions. This issue is being looked into and will be rectified shortly.
Apologies to those of you who have received credit card declinature messages. It is a system issue with the banking process chain and not with your cards.
No registrant will be charged by Visa or MasterCard or their bank during this time.
