Monday 08 June 2026:

• Conference commences with Buffet Lunch from 11.30am
• Sessions commence at 12.45pm
• Sessions conclude at 17:30hrs
• Evening Buffet Dinner with entertainment from 6.30pm to 8.30pm

• The Scalextric Challenge: Those chicanes are notorious for spinning cars out. Success usually comes from easing off the throttle just before the turn and accelerating out of it.

From 8.30pm, the evening is yours – However, if you wish to remain at the Park Regis Hotel, bars will be open in The Sky Lounge, Sky Bar or 1565 in the Hotel reception area.

• There are no conference sessions but delegates are welcome to continue networking over breakfast prior to departure.

ICIC - 2026 REGISTRATION FEES:
Early Bird Rate:  £750 per person for the full 2-day conference (Plus VAT) (Accommodation extra at delegates’ own expense)
NB: Early Bird rate applies to pre-registrations who pay in full by Jan 31st 2026

General Rate:  £899 per person for the full 2-day conference (Plus VAT) (Accommodation extra at delegates’ own expense)
NB: General Rate applies to all payments received from 01 February 2026

Day Rate: £470 per person for one day attendance only (plus VAT)​
NB: Rate applicable from now, until conference commences

The registration fee DOES NOT INCLUDE HOTEL ROOM ACCOMODATION – THIS IS TO BE BOOKED SEPARATELY.
Once payment is received, delegates will receive code for conference rate for booking hotel accommodation at Park Regis.​​

​Please note conference will be held on Monday 08th and Tuesday 9th with delegates departing hotel on Wednesday 10th June.​
